Select this command Paste as Block Icon to paste the contents of the clipboard onto the current drawing as a Block (Symbol).

Note, the icon for this command is only available when Draft it entities have been added to the windows clipboard with the Draft it Copy Copy (to clipboard) or Cut commands.
